Do you offer tele-therapy?

Yes. Sessions are currently held via a secure video telehealth platform.

Do you accept insurance?

No, I am an out-of-network provider which means you will be responsible for session payments. I am happy to provide invoices that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits. Each insurance plan is different, so you should contact your provider for questions about reimbursement.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Payment can be made by cash, credit card, check, Zelle or Venmo.

Do you prescribe medication?

No, however I am happy to explore the option with you and put you in contact with a psychiatrist or nurse practitioner who can provide that portion of your care.
